Shipping & Handling

How is the safety of my instrument ensured during shipping?

If you decide to sell your instrument to us, if it's large instrument such as a guitar or keyboard, we will send you a sturdy box and packaging for free. Our boxes are 4 wall thick to ensure safe transit. We use trusted couriers such as Parcelforce, experienced in handling musical instruments to ensure your instrument is transported safely.

Is the shipping cost covered?

Yes, Gear Up Music covers all shipping costs. You don't pay a penny. We provide you with free packaging materials for larger instruments and either a free courier collection service or a drop-off option. The cost is on us!

What if my instrument is damaged during shipping?

In the rare event of shipping damage, we're fully insured. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Photos of the instrument(s) will be required prior to transit to ascertain condition.

How long until I receive payment?

To ensure you have the very best experience possible, after we receive and inspect your instrument, payment is processed within 24 hours to your chosen method of payment.
